Magic Keys to Manifestation

By now most of you have seen the movie The Secret.  I think this movie was a great introduction to the Law of Attraction but only the beginning.  First of all it is only one of the Natural Laws that impacts the universe and second, it isn’t as easy as it is portrayed in the movie when you first start working with it.

Becoming efficient at the Law of Attraction, which by the way is working at all times whether we know it or not, takes practice.  The beginning work includes a lot of self discovery and change in order to make it possible to align with those things you want to manifest.

Here are some keys to consider as you go:

Key 1: Eliminate poverty consciousness.  That is the point of view where some people have everything and you have nothing.  The belief that you don’t deserve to have money.  I remember saying “I want to be a millionaire, does anyone else want to join me?” to a room for of women.  It got so quiet you could hear a pin drop.  I could only imagine what was going through their minds.  I am sure there was some sort of poverty or deserving program running.

Key 2: Comparison.  Comparison is the quickest way to kill the flow of energy flowing toward what you want to create.  Recognize jealousy and envy toward people who have more.  When you feel yourself comparing yourself to someone else remember your journey is your journey and it won’t look like anyone else’s.

Key 3: Dream Big.  Don’t shrink your dreams to fit your budget. Using finite thinking will just keep you constricted in your thinking and action.  Instead expand how much you want to make so that you can start having more of what your want.  The more you can expand your dreaming the more you allow more to come in.

Key 4: Birds of a Feather flock together.  It is said that if you look at your 10 closest friends you will have an indication of your success or lack of success.  Start looking for people who inspire you and spend time with them.  This will increase your ability to think positive and attract more of what you want.

Key 5: Make a mental note or keep a journal of things that are happening to support movement toward manifesting your desires.  Even the smallest steps count and make it more possible for you to believe you can have what you want.

Key 6:Make a commitment to personal development.  I think network marketing and having your own business is the greatest vehicle for personal develop on the planet.  If things are not going in the direction you want them to go you are the only one to blame.  Yes you can try to blame other people or things but ultimately it comes down to you.

Key 7: Have an attitude of gratitude.   Being grateful for what you have is magnetic.  Make a gratitude journal and write at least one thing that happened each day that brought you closer to your dreams.

Finally, don’t be hard on yourself when things seem to be going in the wrong direction.  You can start fresh anytime.  If you find yourself where you don’t want to be, pick one of these keys and focus on it for a few days and watch the magic!

Product Review-Advanced Formula Fat Fighter

Ultimate Fat Fighter with Carb Inhibitors

It Works Fat Fighter is one of my favorite supplements and if you looked in my purse you would most certainly find a few.  I tend to eat out a lot, especially when I am traveling, so having fat fighters with me helps me maintain a healthy weight while keeping up with my social life.

Have a sweet tooth? A carb craving? It’s okay to indulge every once in a while when you have Advanced Formula Fat Fighter with Carb Inhibitors!

Simply take Fat Fighter up to an hour after eating, and it will absorb some of the fat and carbohydrates from your food so that your body doesn’t. Powered by NeOpuntia™ (a naturally based ingredient made from the “prickly pear” cactus) and the It Works! proprietary blend, Advanced Formula Fat Fighter delivers dynamic, clinically tested results for both men and women.

  • Blocks some of the fat & carbs from meals
  • Helps balance healthy blood glucose level and reduce cravings
  • Designed to be taken up to an hour after meals
  • Cactus-based formula
  • Does not contain shellfish

I am asked on a regular basis if Fat Fighter is like Alli, which is also supposed to be a carb inhibitor, which many people report makes them have sudden diarrhea right after eating.  No there are distinct differences between the two products.

So how does Fat Fighter work? The picture mentions NeOpuntia, a fiber derived from the prickly pear cactus, but what does it do? NeOpuntia absorbs as much fat as it can, but because its an insoluble fiber the body cant do anything with it, so it just gets passed through the digestive tract, taking the fat it absorbed with it!  The action happens in the stomach.   Products like Alli work in the intestinal tract, that is why your body gets the urge to release it immediately.  Because Fat Fighter does its job in the stomach. The fiber absorbs the fat, and like any other kind of fiber it still has to pass through the intestines before its eliminated. Those other fat fighting products rely on chemicals (you can tell because they are FDA approved, meaning it contains a pharmaceutical) that often have nasty side effects. The most common complaint is diarrhea. Even on the alli website in the FAQ section it states things like ‘Such effects may include oily spotting, loose stools, and more frequent stools that may be hard to control.’ and ‘You may recognize it in the toilet as something that looks like the oil on top of a pizza.’ and lets not forget this little gem ‘Moreover, in a “real world” study, nearly 50% of people  who took Alli never experienced GI side effects.

So by taking Fat Fighter after your meal you will be releasing 30% of the carbs and 30% of the fat from that meal.  Who doesn’t want to do that?

Another benefit to Fat Fighter is that it helps regulate blood sugar so people with blood sugar imbalances will benefit from this product as well.

Publishing my First Book!! Excited!!

I am so excited that my first book is going to be ready in the next month to six weeks!!  I have worked on it for 8 years so this is a big accomplishment.

Why did it take that long?  Resistance!

First of all I didn’t even want to write it.  It is about healing crisis’ that happened in the past that I didn’t want to put any more energy into.  They were resolved and I was complete with the outcome.  The Universe had other plans because the things that happened to me and how I healed them could help someone else do the same with a healing crisis they might be in.  So I woke up one morning and most of the first chapter was written in my head.

I think it is important to know that one of the biggest things that gets in the way of people completing books is vulnerability.  What are people going to think about what I have to say?  Does anyone care what I have to say? What will they think of me?  Those questions cause instant shut down.  I know because I asked them myself and I shut down.   Parts of my book are very personal.  There are things in there that no one knows.  I get real about my feelings.

Getting real and authentic takes courage because some of the questions above might not have the answers you are looking for.  Some people might not care.  Some might questions what you wrote. Some might even think your are crazy, but you know what? It doesn’t matter!  Those aren’t the people you are writing for, you are writing for those who need to hear what you have to say.  We never know when something we say might change someone’s life!

I was afraid of all those things.  I stopped writing this book several times because of my fear.  I still wonder if people will think I am crazy, but it isn’t stopping me.  I wonder if people will care, all though the response from my posts about the book on Facebook say they do care.  I just hope that one line, one paragraph, one chapter or the whole book will impact just a few people. That will make the effort I put in writing and the courage it is taking to put it one in the world, worth it.

If you have always thought about writing a book but never quite get to it do it now!  There is a reason you have thought about it in the first place.  You have something to say that no one else can say and the world needs your voice.

The cover of my book is showed at the top of this post.  It is called Empowered Health and Wellness; Awakening the Inner Physician.

This book is an invitation to join me on my personal wellness journey,as well as for me to share alternative techniques for achieving wellness, with the hope that it will help you expand your ideas around health and wellness. Most of the issues that I transformed were things doctors told me would not get better.  I write to support you to engage your inner healing wisdom, which I call, your Inner Physician. This book is an intimate look at my personal journey, so it is vulnerable, juicy and raw at times. I have been transparent to give you an inside view into my illnesses and the struggles I encountered in the process, in hopes that it will inspire your own journey. I have had what I would call bizarre and unusual healing experiences that resulted in miracles that occurred on many levels.  I want to say early in this book that I am using the words health and wellness as much as possible rather than the word “healing” because that word suggests that something is wrong that needs to be fixed.  If we believe we must heal something we are always in a state of fixing, rather than a state of perfection. If on the other hand we focus on wellness that is the journey we will take. Also healing might not mean recovering from something, instead gaining insight and evolving from your experience might be the healing.

This blog post story, which has had over 2500 hits since I wrote it and another blog post that had over 6000 hits are stories in the book.  I have re-written them in more detail but this will give you an idea.

If you would like more information about getting a copy of  the book please email me at for details.

Have you ever wanted to write a book?  What keeps you from doing it?  If you have written one, what were your challenges?  Please add them to the comments.  I would love to hear from you.
